Blind is an anonymous community app for the workplace - fostering honest conversations between verified professionals grouped by job function, company and industry.
Their vision in creating this space is to empower employees by giving equal voice to everyone. They aim to flatten corporate hierarchy and remove professional barriers through anonymity and community.
Blind recently conducted a user survey about sexual harassment in the workplace and 42.76% of tech employees responded that they do not feel comfortable going to HR to report sexual harassment.
Employees and professionals need a place to interact, share and ask questions freely. The way we engage in conversations about career and work today is fundamentally broken.
